The best way to go back to where you were
is to "breastfeed" your baby.
I've been breastfeeding my baby sine she was born
and, now, I am even thinner than before.
If breastfeeding is not feasible for you,
try to exercise as much as you can on a daily basis.
Nevertheless, I still recommend breastfeeding because
it does not benefit the mother only, but also
do the best for the baby.
