Yes, 泡香菇的水 is very useful! I first 泡香菇, then use it in many kinds of soup, especially in white radish soup; the radish smells so good because of 香菇水!! My friends love it too! Just throw away the last part, which maybe 髒髒的. 香菇水 can be used in stir fry also.
