Nope, the concern of animal right is indeed the reason why I convert to be a vegetarian. Normally I only say, "it's my personal choice!" then people usually shut their mouth off especially when I mention it's "personal..." ;-)
If they start asking me all those weird questions, then I will say," well, give me two hours and I will answer all your questions..." Usually I will have the "Do not mess around with me" look on my face when they start to ask weird questions ~ Ha ha ha ha!
About 90%, people usually respect me as a vegetarian. And there are many vegetarians around!
So do not worry~
