So families that speak English full time are called American families? What about Irish families, British families, Canadian families, etc.? They speak English too but I don't think that they will be happy if we call them American families. I never think that the language you speak determines the kind of family you are.
You made a grammar mistake - "Is this answer very clearly?" You should use "clear" instead of "clearly".
