奶蛋素: Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian
奶素: Lacto Vegetarian
蛋素: Ovo Vegetarian
全素: 可以寫成Pure/Strict Vegetarian
Pure vegetarian(non-allium)表示純素不含五辛
Pure vegetarian(allium-flavored) 表示純素含五辛

我想您的蔥蒜應該是包含所有蔥蒜辛香料﹐所以這麼說可能比較恰當 --

I don't eat anything from the shallots family, including garlic. I also don't consume alcohol and eggs.

Vegan就是純素食不吃奶蛋者，vegetarian則會吃奶蛋者。你可以先問是否食物適合Vegan吃。如果你不吃蔥蒜類(因宗教或是其他因素)，你再問他是否有包含這類的東西在食品裡面，如果有的話，你可以要求他們不要放即可。

他們都是用 vegan 這個字, 但是他們並不把蔥蒜歸為葷食, 你可能也要說明一下不含蔥蒜.
