i worked in singapore before, vegetarian food r easily available. it's cheap and delicious.



i do know there is a booklet, which tell us 'almost' the complete list of vegetarian stalls and restaurants in singapore.



maybe ur friend can look for that book, if he/she really want to go for vegetarian.
