
Yes, I sometimes use 調理漿 in 水餃. It tastes good. The one I used is in white color (it is called Vegi Fish 漿). I got it from Di-Hwa Street 素食材料行 when I was in Taiwan. I also get it in Atlanta oriental stores. I squeeze some water (liquid) out. Don't throw away the water since you can use it in other dish.
