Ingredients:
vegetarian fish, golden needle mushrooms, red bell pepper, shredded ginger and medlae
Seasonings:
salt, shiitake mushroom powder, pepper and light sesame oil
Methods:
1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.
2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.
3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
