Seasonings:
salt, sugar, pepper
Methods:
1. Rinse Chinese yam well and peel, steam until done in steamer and mash while still steaming hot. Add green peas, minced bell pepper, corn flour as well as seasonings to mix. Stir until well-combined.
2. Squeeze and mold the Chinese yam mixture into a small ball. Coat evenly with bread crumbs.
3. Deep-fry in smoking oil over medium heat until golden on surface. Remove and drain well before serving.
