I currently live in South Africa and have lived here for more than a decade. Is South Africa dangerous? Well, I don't think it's as dangerous as everyone makes it out to be. You just need to be careful and not flaunt your wealth. University fees are all right in SA, I wouldn't say they are cheap. Especially for foreign students, I think they are actually quite expensive. I know a few years ago, they charged foreign students approximately $ 7,500 per annum and must be paid in full upfront and that excludes books and accomodation.

It doesn't snow here in Johannesburg, however, it does snow up in the mountains during winter months. If you have anymore questions regarding SA, please feel free to ask me. Sorry I can't type in Chinese, however I can read Chinese.
