完全沒有蛋,連糕點都是無蛋的~~~如果連牛奶也不吃,可以跟

他們說你是Vagan,再請他們推薦~~有巴里島菜,也有各國料理

很便宜又乾淨巴里島菜小店,也是純素無蛋,在Tegal station

(bemo terminal).南方400公尺,營業時間 9 am to 9 pm daily.

是一間渡假村,有SPAㄝ,有villa,因為我只有去吃飯,他的SPA與

Villa品質如何就不得而知~~~

也是純素無蛋,菜單大部分都是生食,蔬菜水果所作成的菜,熟

食只有三明治,不過我覺得他的墨西哥sala(酪梨沙拉)蠻好吃

的,三明治有很不錯~~~

營業時間 09:30am until 20:00pm,而且有免費的車子接送喔~~

起司蛋糕有加蛋,其他都是無蛋~~老闆說他也不用味素,老闆是

巴里島人,老闆娘是日本人,所以有巴里島菜,也有日本菜,義大

利麵,不過老闆因為想搬家,所以餐廳有點破舊,要去前先打電

話確定一下位置

有關素食的問題,以下是他們的回答

We offer an extensive selection of breakfast buffet items at each of

our restaurants. Our restaurants each have Chef de Cuisines that are

more than ready to accommodate any dietary requests from our

many guests. We have a variety of dishes which can be modified to

avoid meat, poultry, fish or eggs.



Upon arrival I would be happy to arrange for our Executive Chef

to meet with you to discuss any concerns or requirements that you

may have.

所以我在GRAND HYATT 時有去找David Mansfield ,他是一個

講話很快也很慈祥的澳洲人,他會告訴我哪些是無蛋麵包,在早

餐中有一種法國麵包,但作成小尺寸,非常好吃~~~所以如果吃

素的,可以去找他幫你打點喔~~

還有在GRAND HYATT 內有一家義大利餐廳Salsa Verde,菜單

上有一道就寫著素食的菜,是一種義大利飯,也很好吃~~~另外

Pizza有一些只有加蔬菜的也是素食的(餅皮是無蛋的,用木頭

爐火現烤,薄薄的很香又好吃)

不過他的義大利麵條是有加雞蛋的,不吃蛋的人千萬不要叫義大利麵(spaghetti)



另外原本我是打算住洲際飯店,所以也寫信去問,他們的回答也是在我們入住時,會請主廚與我們討論,他們可以特別為我們煮菜喔!!

To answer your questions:

Breakfast - a number of dishes on our breakfast buffet which would be suitable

Restaruants - again we have a number of dishes curently on the menus which are suitable



However, my team and I would be more then happy to create special dishes for you once you check in. I will make a point of meeting you to discuss your dining preferences.
