Sorry I can't type Chinese...
This is a soup:
(1) Dry black mushroom (small ones, don't cut it)
(2) vegi duck (flower gluten, it's in a can)
(3) Huang-Chi (a Chinese herb)
(4) 当归 (few slices)
(5) a little bit of sesame oil
(6) a little bit of salt or soy sauce
(7) Go-Gi (it's red and small)
(8) Red dates (no seed)
Put items 1-6 altogether in a bowl and cook with a big cooking pot (first layer is the hot water in the pot, the 2nd layer is for the bowl). Just like you cook Bao-Chiz.
Cook them for 30 minutes. Then add items 7-8 and cook for another 30 minutes.
